Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

Skills in IBM TRIRIGA Application Platform, IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF), and Maximo Application Suite
Proficiency with Java, REST APIs, Apigee, Apache POI, JSON, Microsoft Azure, and enterprise integrations
10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of software development experience
Hands-on experience developing and configuring IBM TRIRIGA, including Business Objects, Business Processes, DataConnect, and Integration Objects
Experience with Java backend development and REST API and JSON integrations
Experience with space and facilities management systems, real estate and lease-management applications, workplace reservations and room booking, and HR data and organizational hierarchy integrations
Bachelors degree
Preferred: MREF experience within Maximo Application Suite and TRIRIGA-to-MREF migration or transition planning
Preferred: Knowledge of TRIRIGA/MREF data models and cross-module relationships
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, or Microsoft Graph calendar integrations; CAD or DXF floor-plan integrations; IBM CAD Integrator; MAS Integration Framework; HR Connector; employee lifecycle and manager-rollup synchronization; API gateway platforms such as Apigee; or Azure deployments

Responsibilities:

Support our on-premises installation of IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, formerly known as IBM TRIRIGA
Perform hands-on backend development and integrations for workplace reservations, space management, facilities, real estate, lease management, HR data, and calendar integration
Support the migration path from TRIRIGA to MREF
