The Watertown Parks & Recreation Department is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable part-time Seasonal Recreation Swim Coach to work primarily with our 10 & under swimmers, including the 8 & under and 9-10 age groups.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young swimmers and be able to create a positive, encouraging, and organized team environment while helping participants develop their swimming skills, confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Practices are typically held three to four days per week from approximately 5:00 PM-6:30 PM. Coaches are also expected to attend approximately 8 swim meets per season, which are held primarily on Saturdays.
