Office Services Clerk - Pre-Litigation

  The Opportunity

As an Office Services Clerk, in our Pre-Litigation Department, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with essential documents necessary to the operation of a leading personal injury law firm.

Accountable for

• Process incoming/outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, copying, and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members.
• Handle document filing into appropriate folders and record relocation.
• Manage office supplies inventory and stock general supplies as necessary.
• Special project assistance as necessary.

Qualifications
 

• Prior law firm experience and personal injury law experience preferred.
• Advanced experience with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Case management software experience preferred.
• Ability to sort and organize efficiently.
• Experience working with litigation documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Compensation

• $20.00 - $24.00 an hour depending on experience
