Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong hands-on LANSA development experience, particularly with RDMLX, and experience maintaining RDML applications.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise or business-critical applications, ideally a large ERP system built primarily or entirely in LANSA.
• Ability to manage the development lifecycle from functional specifications through solution design, coding, and unit testing.
• Experience with databases, stored procedures, and table triggers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently investigate and resolve application or production issues.
• Strong communication skills for working with business users and distributed development teams.
• Preferred: Experience with LANSA Version 16, process manufacturing ERP systems, IBM i/RPG environments, LANSA-generated RPG runtime code, and order processing, receiving, sales, or invoicing functions.
• Preferred: Experience in long-term application development and support engagements.

• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using LANSA Version 16, working extensively with RDMLX and supporting existing RDML components.
• Investigate issues raised by business users and determine whether they require application fixes or enhancements.
• Handle end-to-end break/fix development, including solution design, coding, and unit testing.
• Deliver new development and project work from functional specifications through implementation and unit testing.
• Support and enhance the existing LANSA-based ERP environment, including its database structures, stored procedures, and table triggers.
• Support ERP processes for manufacturing, receiving, order processing, sales, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with distributed teams during US/CET business hours and contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation for ongoing continuity of LANSA expertise.
