Requirements - 4+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, preferably supporting venture-backed, technology, manufacturing, energy, or other high-growth organizations. - Strong experience with corporate governance, Board and committee processes, corporate records, and entity management. - Experience supporting corporate transactions such as venture financings, debt financings, M&A, secondary transactions, or similar matters. - Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the judgment to work effectively with attorneys, executives, directors, employees, and external advisors. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Proactive, practical problem-solving approach with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to manage both strategic projects and detailed execution.
